The United Arab Emirates will definitely participate in the coalition operation against Muammar Gaddafi's troops in Libya, French Defence Minister Gerard Longuet said on Thursday. The UAE has already offered planes to coalition air bases in the Mediterranean in order to help Western powers enforce a U.N.-mandated no-fly zone.
